Booking and payment conditions:

Accepted means of payment: Cash or invoice depending on the service (specified on the booking portal)

Payment by invoice: If an invoice is not paid within the 30-day period, we reserve the right to block you as a customer from further bookings with us.
Cancellation and booking conditions:

Cancellations up to 24 hours: free of charge

Cancellations within 24 hours: 30% of the actual price (payable by invoice)

Booking cancellations by our therapists:

If payment has already been made, the total amount will be refunded or the canceled appointment can be rescheduled at the customer's request.

In order to book a service with us, you must register on our booking portal. Data and information protection are particularly important to us. Your data will therefore be handled in accordance with the GDPR regulations and will not be passed on to third parties or individuals.

Of course, you can cancel your account at any time.

There are no additional costs for you as a customer for such registration.
