You can also approach us for coaching or mediation as a couples consultation or between two parties who need objective support in the event of a conflict over a decision. My job is to ensure that everyone involved follows the rules - listening to each other, giving each other space to say what needs to be said, no insults, etc. All parties point out their expectations and make suggestions for solutions. Ideally, everyone involved can agree on a course of action.
